New Build - entire primary school:- amalgamation of an existing 1.5FE (360pupil) Infant and Junior school from two sites into a new through primary school on a new site in Maidstone with provision for a future expansion to 2FE and for a new nursery to be added. We were also instrumental in the sale of the old site, which provided valuable revenue for the project.
