LARGE LONDON BUS COMPANY New Bus Depot / Head Office / Maintenance Project Management

Acting for the Bus Company to secure this major new Bus Depot to their requirements for bus garaging, maintenance, head office, archive, etc. This project included multi-stakeholder involvement including Transport for London, ODA, LDA, the Mayor’s Office, etc. The depot will garage 350 busses and accommodate 1000 staff and is probably the largest build of its type in this country.
